Vinification

Hand picked selection in small baskets. The vineyard is carefully managed in order to obtain grapes best potential. Cold maceration takes place before fermentation for 48 hours. Winemaking process is carried out in stainless steel tanks and macerated from 15 to 20 days.

Ageing

The wine is aged in new Frennch Oak barrels for 14 months.

Fining & Filtration

To obtain its maximum expression, wine is softly filtered before being bottled. Once is bottled, it remains 6 months in our controlled temperature cellar, before release.

A prestigious wine with has been made with grapes from 60 years old vines. it presents notes of boysenberry and raspberry fruit, vanilla, spices and chocolate.

Harvest takes place only having achieved the best maturation, when grapes show their optimal potential. State-o-the-art technology is used in the winemaking process, resulting in outstanding organoleptic features. The wine shows a complete harmony in color, with a deep bright red, combined with violet hints. Characterized by spicy aromas, plenty of vanilla and coco in the nose. It presents sweets tannins with a strong pretense of spices. Elegant and complex wine.
